Class actions could take a long time to reach resolution (5+ years). An extension of D&O indemnity insurance normally covers class action lawsuits against the company and all public companies have it so I am pretty sure Nuix does to.
Not sure if Eddie's case is covered under insurance in case it adversely affects the company.
