    Indeed, 1.5m units dumped into the 8c bids. That, therefore, had to be a T20 holder (the threshold to enter the T20 is 1.7m units), and given that there has been minimal selling in the T20 outside of VC, I'd suspect that was Vivienne Cheung selling. So, at this rate, she now has less than 2% of all SOI remaining (post-dilution from the acquisition). One more positive announcement from the company and she should be flushed out completely. If we assume the company will end up with around 385m units on issue post SPP, at 7.6c, we are looking at a market cap of $29m (EV of $40m), for a company with pro forma revenue of $80m+ and EBITDA of $6.5m, post synergies. Intrigued to see how low this could go; extreme reshuffling of the register occurring right now, and market panic.
