haorain, the only reason your rights appear "free" is that none have been sold on market yet therefore no value can be assigned to them. You may sell them on market...the going rate is currently 0.3c and you will then no longer be entitled to take up your rights....or you may buy more rights and take up more rights than you have now....current going sell price is 1c....of course you can put in a buy or sell order for the rights as you see fit and see if someone comes to meet your order.
