The interesting thing with this sitiation is it is not just THR however also BTV and TNG. Now it is possible that the joint Company Secretary is in 'Lock Down Mode' in talks over Molyhil or perhaps even BTV's Deflector.
'Lock Down Modes' do happen in Industry.
