Several months ago we all received news/announcement that a possible resurrection was occurring. With shareholders then contacting our CEO who assured that things were progressing with a possible JV coming on board, debt no longer an issue/satisfied, restructure, possible name change and re-listing possibly to occur within a few weeks/ a month.
No news or updates/announcements have been released since. We haven't even been officially advised whether our dues owed to the ASX has been paid.
Anything released cannot have an affect on the share price as we are on perpetual hold. So what is the hold up in advising the shareholders of "What the heck is going on?"
Come on fellers.....pull your finger out and give us some information so SHs can actually plan for their own futures. If there is some reason for confidentiality then at least advise us of that....no specifics if it sensitive info. An estimated time frame would be greatly appreciated as my considerable investment in the Dec '12 Options will disappear like a puff of smoke, similar to the Dec '11 ones.
