We are all hoping in time that the leases will be retained but the possibilities/threats to rights you have raised are unfortunately very real.

The best news I think we can hope for in the short term is positive news from PL, however I am becoming more skeptical by the minute regarding the quality of what and who we are dealing with. Some will say what took me so long to realise this? My answer is lack of readily available real time information and a precedent in court case!!

As a long term investor I can wait, provided there's some evidence that at least the Garatau lease is solid. It should provide something to bargain with regarding a JV or TO.

Fortunately I don't have anyone relying on my investment other than me hence my heavy commitment to this "shining light" (now possibly an extinct dull incandesent bulb).

I'm also fortunate, touch wood, that my other investments are worthwhile and will see me to retirement,although later than I would have hoped.
