NWE has spent a lot of energy/time to ensure that all that they have done has been at the highest standard to mitigate any possible rocks that this group may want to throw their way.
At the moment they are held in the highest regard by the Minerals and Energy Department who are the custodians of this development.
So whilst we can never be sure that further delays will not be caused by these Richardheads, Nwe will have a good argument to be allowed to proceed.
