For those who are interested I have started putting the document together.
I decided not to do a superficial job so it has involved doing a lot more reading than I first intended.
Some of the stuff I have found very interesting, I am not just relying on the reports from NWE but from a number of Oil companies, cherry picking what I think is relevant.
When I have finished I will post it.

Thankyou for the christmas concerns "smartdude" .... and yes the feast was excellant.
