Good to see some rational posts in respect of the correlation between the SP and company performance.

I also know how this SP can move above $0.02 quickly- $500k in buy orders from the Board will do wonders in creating confidence. For those who cannot see a strong correlation between skin in the game and confidence in the company's prospects I would say you are a little naive. There is nothing more motivating than seeing a $200k Director buy. Have a look at some examples and in 95% of circumstances what happens to the SP following those buys.
When you are a massive net taker it is a reason for concern.
