    NWE meet their continous disclosure requirements according to them. Management are:

    "quietly confident"
    "encouraged by results" etc

    There is nothing at all to stop 3-4 buy orders hitting the market today in my opinion. The only inside information that I can see preventing buy orders by directors is that they feel that their money is better invested elsewhere?
