    It has been proposed to consolidate at 20:1 so if you owned 1,000,000 shares you will soon own 50,000 and the share price which last traded at .001 in theory should now be trading at .02, so no you haven't lost anything but the danger is that there is now a downside in the share price ie - it can now trade below .02
