I agree with 99% of that Dale except the part where you say ....If the company or directors know anything they have to advise share holders.......That is only the case if the company believes at the time it is material to the market and its holders ..example they believe from tests and studies and historical data that they have A VERY GOOD CHANCE to find nickel ,gold, etc. the information they have may be very solid , but until they want to prove that to us they do not have to detail everything they have or know I worked for 3 drilling companies for a number of years and information can be just put aside whilst gathering other information.
this gos on every day on the ASX people know things before the share holders every minute of the day ,
that's the real world. that's like saying Governments have to report everything they know to the tax payers of this country that's even a bigger joke.
