Prana has great science and an amazing portfolio of IP. I've been a shareholder for almost 3 years. But PBT2 won't get to market without proper management. About 1/3 of all working drugs never make it to market because they don't have it.
Kempler's leadership seems questionable, a shampoo millionaire who wanted to try to run a biotech company as a new adventure. The lack of transparency, the Peter Smith secrecy, weak outsourced IR, slow progress, poorly designed and underfunded trials, no partnerships, a lack of a checks and balances stemming from the CEO also being the Chairman on the Board of Directors which are uninvolved to begin with (aside from Shoulson.) These are all issues that concern me.
BTW, Skint is busy guy and still holds about half his shares.
