I hold smm, but would like to add this:

I talked to a secretary of a small union on the w/e. He assured me that odds really are firming up on labor winning the next election (don't forget, these insiders aren't given to wild speculation. they knew well before the event that they were toast in the last election).

I then asked him about uranium and the 3 mines policy. No interest - it's not even on the radar for them.

I hope I am wrong. Federally, perhaps it may not be too much of an issue. We need to get some liberal state governments in to sweep out this rediculous 3 mines policy - which the odds are also perhaps improving on.
