hey guys,

during my absence from this forum i have noticed that smuggler is nowhere to be seen. did he ever end up admitting he was wrong about qtk? i mean how hard can it be, we are all human and make mistakes all the time, it is how we learn and grow. i could never fathom why smuggler refused to admit he was wrong, it was like he felt he was losing his credibility when in actual fact such an admission would have increased his credibility no end.

likewise i would hope that his bitterness towards this debacle is now directed where it should be instead of at fellow posters on this forum. the history of qtk is a terrible indictment on the asx, quite simply in this day and age companies like this need to come under greater scruity to protect investors. the chinese deal in my opinion fell apart a long, long time ago at which point the company failed in its obligations to notify shareholders of the problems. testimony to this is that even the MINIMUM payments by China Alarm Holdings of 100k transponders per year, as disclosed in the Vantage report have not been met.

i seriously think the asx should have been demanding answers a long time ago.
