I've just checked rental listing again, Rent.com.au has been widely accepted by real estate agents, which can generate annual revenue between$12m - $36m, that only will put significant upside for RNT. The $36m market cap is very cheap, IMO.
We might have a bit quite December, but is likely to boom following the new calendar year.
