Hey Acca, good to see you here! Your discussions often bring up very valid points and analyses.
However I have to slightly disagree here. The two graphs here are slightly off the discussion because the ramp up was during the rental boom. It makes perfect sense.
Recently, rental market has been pretty flat. I just stepped back from a few rental meeting and there are heaps of vacant apartments.
How do you (others please feel free to jump in) see RNT doing in a falling rental environment?
Note: I do see their web traffic uniques are up but I find it hard to see how they can monetise in a shrinking rental market.
