A lot to like here but obviously early days. Based on SimilarWeb stats Rent.com.au receives only about 1% of the traffic of RealEstate.com.au. In terms of market cap that puts Rent.com.au at 68 million (1% of REA) which is currently accurate with fully diluted and performance shares included.

The positive is that one of the top outbound click destinations is a payment gateway. Obviously getting decent throughput to revenue generating activities.
Can also see their paid search to organic search is about 50/50 which is fairly sustainable. Plenty of room left to expand their advertising into Facebook and display ads.
