Regardless of the melb cap connections, they've got a window of opportunity to make Valleyarm actually work.

Website needs attention though imo. Maybe a Telstra IT specialist could assist them. They also need someone with global marketing experience.

Besides the stack of ideas rolling through my nut, if their focusing on Asia, perhaps a multi lingual site could be the go too! If I can download a translator app on my iphone, no reason why their website can't do it.

Picking up 80% of this co for a 300k loan (with no dilution) might just be the buy of the century by management.

As I really like what they offer/who they've signed up/especially the extent of their partners and the future of the sector - its still nevertheless a roughie.

The sector is about to get a boost with Google about to enter the online music space with its Andoid phone. This means co's like Valleyarm should be able to negotiate better rates with Itunes (when the time comes)

Most of (if not all) of the 2009 0.002 cheapies would have been dished out between the 0.009 - 0.013 level so id expect some resistance around those levels.

Not too much downside from here id expect (unless a cheapie placement comes out of left field).

Buy and hold for me for now.
