As I recall Tangrams was outspoken in regards to the boards competence and was looking for answers .
Tangrams lost the vote but stood up to be counted , not the one to be having a go at, the board should meet its requirements to publish their accounts on time like every other company .
I sold out of TNC at the start of the year when it became clear the company was not open to support from shareholders within its register .
As I recall Tangrams was outspoken in regards to the boards...
