I have been thinking about the information I have found from Hovione and Sankyo and I can only come up with one reason why Biota would not be making announcements about these milestones, and the reason is they are in talks with GSK about a settlement and they don,t want to rub salt into the wounds, just want all the arrangements to go smoothly and when all is settled, they can announce these milestones.
This application to release Lani into the Japan/Asia is a BIGGY, 50% to Biota, I think or the long term shareholders can sit back and watch the price climb big time.
