1. I can understand the BOD and management being a little "shy' after the screw ups in the past and the bankruptcy, however:
a. The lack of information is hurting the company and the shareholders by creating an uncertain environment.
b. The lack of information is causing a lower than expected share price directly hurting shareholders in the pocketbook.
c. Piecemeal information handed out or gleaned from other sources hurts the company's image and again hurts the share price.
2. I am not an expert on ASX or ASIC rules, BUT IMO the "fact" that at least one well is producing and the other may be in production is (are) material event(s) and should be reported to ALL shareholders in a timely manner.
3. IMO the way information is NOT being released on important company developments may be breaking the rules......at least it is plain old DUMB!!
4. Waiting for the upcoming O & G conference is also stupid.
