I recall reading that Opes Prime directors and Hawkswood directors and father of Anthony Blumberg lost all their ADY shares when ML and ANZ took over both companies.

Phil lost his 42.85m ADY shares when ANZ took them over and sold them. For the record all his shares were paid for via margin loan accounts.

So exactly what did Phil and his mates make? Who were his mates?

And by the way .... Nominee accounts were used because the shares were purchased under margin loans and that was how they had to be registered. Not a matter of hiding them.
