I intend to compain to ASIC about the way this has been transacted, particularly with the company making no announcement to a material issue with its shares and the possible affect this could have on its market price.

If the shares have been taken over by a Liquidator, where is the SSN. If it has been on sold to another party again where is the SSN. It is critical to inform the market of what price these have been transacted at.

Issues in the board or not, the company has an obligation to its share holders first and foremost. Disgraceful.
