where is the $ 4,000.000 gone, page-3

4,000,000 dollars quite a few dollars for a company that does not have any income.
All these companies that move interstate away from where most of the shareholders live makes it quite easy for them to have their meetings because most shareholders dont have the time and funds to fly 4,000 kms and some even more to a meeting.
In my opinion it is a recipe for disaster for shareholders as it is in most cases they cannot go to the meetings. So they dont get their opinion voiced and/or have a say at the meetings.
Can anybody imagine the defiance of the voice of shareholders for some of these actions they take especially the pay packets they give themselves.
If something does not happen soon this company will be a flop all the investors will do their dough, whilst management secure their pension fund.
6 months is not a long period of time it will come quick.
Every shareholder should demand that management take a deferred pay cut at the minimum. If management accepts then they are fair dinkum in looking after the shareholder and giving them value for their investment.
