It was actually ASCI, written by the same guy who writes most of the money morning articles. It definitely was not his best recommendation.
He recommended WHL twice and both times SP went down hill, I hope he has another go as we are not very far from the level where you cant go any lower.
If he was to recommend it and it went up by 100% he would be very quick to claim success, ignoring the previous two attempts, I think that is how most of that newsletter industry works and gets their marketing material.
