Given what has happened over the past couple of months it is important for them to take their time and get it right. To my mind that means a clear and unambiguous statment on what they do (or do not) have. Without that I suspect we will see continued volitility in the SP.
I am in deep with GDN (and currently sitting on paper loss), but I am happy to let the process run its course. I like what I see.
