I think its a great announcement - what was needed. Obviously the operations were going to require a lot of capital and this will have to be worked out, but a project like this will get a lot of interest because of the potential profit to be made.
Its another step in the right direction - I hope it keeps moving that way and the share price will move in the right way too.
