Kty28 - this seems to be fanciful speculation to me. Charge have a contract with Admiralty. The only reason the sale has not completed so far is due to settlement not occurring which would be due to finance. I can't see there is any scope for pulling a "swifty", but hey I'm no mining executive, so what do I really know. At the end of the day, nothing would surprise me any more.
