All other JVP's in SC54A are involved in this one, and they all gave up 60% in participating interest to attract Viking in, so you can't pin your scepticism on KIK alone.
However, I do note that 6 weeks has elapsed since the announcement...not a good look when the ann. clearly states in relation to the MoA...
"...upon which a Farm-in Agreement will be subsequently negotiated in the next few weeks."...dated 1st June 2012.
I suppose they could argue that 52 weeks was "a few weeks"...quite a few!
