Awesome a material capital raise at 3cents, well done ARD.

Any one concerned about dilution is in the wrong stock, you have to spend money to make money, they are an explorer not a producer... They don't make money yet!! We hope they take investors money and turn it into dollars... There are no guareentees, ARD is high risk- high reward, I've done a risk assesment and beleive that ARD are in the right place at the right time- doing the exact right thing in the current climate..
If dilution is a negative to you.. Go to RMS, DRM, EVN these companies are producers making big profits that are funding their exploration campaigns ... If you are upset with capital raising, you have compleatly missed the fundamentals of explorational companies... I am confident that ARD will turn the last couple of million dollars in to ten times that through discovery of Inground inventory... And we will experience a much higher SP, making up for any dilution to capital raising... It's annoys me when investors winge about dilution.. What are they doing here???
