    If RRS are not ready to go with the announcement before open the RRS SHOULD go into a halt as there is price sensitive information out there that needs to be disclosed to the entire market...

    If they do trade however before PSA announcement then I will be BUYING!!

    Good luck Rangers....exciting times ahead. PSA sorted, UIC sorted, JV iminent...AIM on its way....Third party JV's circulating just waiting for PSA and CXM to sign....
