    I just read column in today Age newspaper that SDL
    has sold $52 milion of minority interest in two US oil
    and gas prospects.So now company will be debt free
    and with spare cash to spend.Why bother with merger.
    Much better if stand alone.I don't think this merger
    will go ahead anyway,no matter what many people say.
