I am not sure why US health reform have such a negative effect for BRC.ax.

Imo, I thought more companys will be created from the decision and hence potentially more buyers of the product.

Am I very wrong in my judgment?

I am still following this stock, all fundamental looks brilliant but chart says no one care about it and I had learnt it the hard way before.

20 cents is definitely too cheap for me unless the company is going to report a net loss this half. 1 big volume might mean someone with big interest get into the company, but no one follows up, so it's just a spike not insider buying before good news or someone building a position imo.
