Doesn't this current lack of news simply verify my point that there must a convoluted deal in progress involving the reorganisation of the TFS suite of companies?
If there was no such deal then an announcement would have been made as it would have cost them nothing. That an announcement has not yet been made indicates they must be buying a slab from PE and so cannot yet make an announcement. The situation might be frustrating for many but that's business.
