Where is the BOD going??

After reading the prospectus I have little confidence that the BOD have set any objectives with key dates to make things happen in the Philippines. I get a distinct impression "things" are going to drift on for another year. I do understand we await permitting to come through but what logistical and financial plans are in place to prepare for mining. Surely sufficient drilling has been carried out to prove up an ore reserve. Too much corporate waffle and not enough action. Frustration!
