of course Waterhouse is selling … why would you exercise 18c options now if you are not intending to sell.
The options didn’t expire until July 2023 …so if you are not a seller … you wouldn’t be paying up the 18c now .
so would make sense for him to sell 30 odd million of them with an average sale price of circa 95c - $100.
