I’m expecting a strong quarterly report (possibly this week), and whilst the governor signing may be priced in, I don’t think the potential commercial deals, new tracks and new states soon to follow are.
depends if you are a Trader trying to time an optimal entry/re-entry , or an investor.
if your a trader - all the best with the timing. Could be another dip Monday , but I think it will be short lived.
