I'll never say never, but I'd hate to be the guy trying to cross sell a $1-$1.5M take over offer in the middle of a demerger, which is going to cost $260M in itself. Plus on top who would pay for it? The Lotteries business surely won't want to be diluted in any capital raising.
I think the more likely scenario will be what TAH said in their recent presentation, that they are looking to work on some strategic deals together in the future.
