On 18 January 2010, Drummond and Alliance announced they had agreed to further extended the date by which the conditions precedent must be fulfilled from 15 January to 19 March 2010. On 18 January 2010 (post reporting), Drummond and Alliance announced that they had agreed to further extend the conditions precedent cut-off date from 15 January to 19 March 2010. This extension of time will enable Drummond to meet a condition requiring the completion of a minimum $3 million capital raising which has been delayed due to the recent Christmas-New Year holiday period.
