    I agree with your comments but surely if they sell the engery business, is this not going to give them some leeway - they have good revenue (interest cover) and significant contract increases in 2007.

    Your comments appeciated - the news of the energy business should be any day now and hopefully a conservative restructure of the balance sheet.
