what a bizzare statement. If Rex gets the funding then it will be known as a company with a mine that is going to be very profitable. Copper prices fall? Well we still have gold & iron ore credits to deal with.
A large equity raising will only happen if they get the funding in place & if they get the funding in order the SP will rise substantially.
As has been pointed out many times before, its all about the funding at this point.
