Share price is not directly in the company's control.
My take is that management are doing the right things at RXM and that the SP moves are not related to management activity right now.
Its a supply and demand driven share price. Not enough investors believe they will secure funding (today). It could all change tomorrow :D
If they can pull off a good funding deal then be prepeared to at the very least triple your money and if they can't get funding before the current cash runs out you may be asked to shell out in a capital raise to keep it afloat for a bit longer and SP may fall further due to dilution.
IMO the risk and potential reward is worth it at these prices, I was a buyer today.
