The way I see it, as the price goes up, Congo will do everything it can to increase output, Ebola won't stop anything unless the whole country dies, anybody left walking will be happy for a paycheck. It all doesn't matter, this world will need more cobalt and nickel sulphate than what will be available, once this energy revolution kicks in to high gear. All these cobalt/nickel companies taking a hit when the economics of their projects were fleshed out, what that tells me is price of cobalt and nickel is going up big time. In 1960, the inflation adjusted price of a barrel of oil was under $3. Apply that.
