Hi alanpro,
I am not saying there will not be an ANN very shortly, and I would be very happy if it was an Ionic Industries ANN, but how much time does an ANN have to pass between the major director buying into a company, and a perceived insider trading event.
In absolutely no way am I suggesting this is the case but how would the ASX look on this.
Perhaps what I have said is irrelevant.
