Meanwhile in the DRC... Election results still not out (8 days and still counting...), internet/cell towers have been shut down to not spread "rumours" (yeah right). Election rigging likely underway as Kabila's candidate (puppet leader) was widely unpopular. The US have deployed troops in **on as a precaution if $hit hits the fan and they need to evacuate US diplomats and citizens.
