ARL, CLQ, COB hammered after 'significant announcements' - I'm sure their are others that I have missed. No conspiracy theories for me. With the current metrics, none of these projects are attractive from a financial perspective. Add a healthy dollop of technical risk, past historical failures and they become very scary investments. Maybe the market is waking up to this obvious fact?
Maybe cobalt from the DRC is not so objectionable after all?
