OK, I agree that it seems likely output will decline from DRC.

Now we are getting somewhere.

Not to take a potshot, really...but what do you think DRC exports will be the next few years ?
The figures I have seen are that they exported 58,000 MT last year.

There are also good summaries of the top DRC producers by company.

In fact there is one on the CLQ presentation. I recall off-hand Tenke & Katanga.

Maybe we should find out which of them, if any, might have problems with higher ethical standards.
That won't help with ebola and civil war, but at least we can get an idea of how much established production is at risk on account of "ethics".
