peter laurance owns over 30% of the company, they recently issued 4.5 mill shares for .20, the discounted sp value should be .094 using the .10sp value.......the sell down to .06 is absolutley ridiculous.......I would like to see how many are owned by the top 20......I think there are only a few shares traded by some real idiots...now you think you can get them for .02....you should not be playing this game....but then you might get them for .02..on very low volume, idiots who have no idea, and no idea on how to value a company, no wonder some companies go back to being private and un listed............did you really think you were getting 2 shares for .08 its a terrific company, but being sold down as if it were a lpt get real
