also have to remember these guys are developers, which turn profits in cycles. Given that the exit of Century City was early, that would be a small spike in the cycle and nothing more.
Look at their project cycle, and you will see that come this time next year it should be more interesting with Gepps Cross and maybe World Park Adelaide coming to fruition.
